Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance accounts, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounts Finance
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Garments Washing Plant, Washing Accounts
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of costings at RND / First bulk /Bulk and same approved recipe flow in production & chemical store (for issuing).
∎ Preparation of Forecast by collecting all data. (Planning/Production team on manpower and machine utilization)
∎ Preparation of monthly performance report (production qty, inflow, outflow & profit).
∎ Preparation of daily Production Tracker.
∎ Preparation of the daily finance report.
∎ Preparation of the daily washing inflow report and washing P & L.
∎ Coordinate with chemical ware house for ordering chemical, storage and ensure compliance is maintained in chemical ware house.
∎ Follow up with commercial with L/C opening for chemical requisitions and follow up until the goods are in the ware house.
∎ Assist in other statutory audits and financial audits.
∎ Coordinate with commercial for subcontract invoicing and collection of funds from the subcontract factories with commercial.
∎ Preparation of Washing Business Plan.
∎ Preparation of Washing Build-up Report
∎ Escalate and resolve any issues related to washing.
