Subaru Bangladesh Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive Warehouse In-Charge to manage and supervise all warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, accurate inventory control, and timely distribution while maintaining company standards.
The candidate must have strong knowledge of FMCG inventory handling, expiry management, and distribution efficiency.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods

• Maintain proper records of Product Name, Available Stock, Expiry Date, Batch Number, and L/C Number

• Ensure FIFO/FEFO methods are followed for stock movement

• Conduct daily stock updates and report discrepancies immediately

• Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance

• Ensure timely delivery and coordination with sales & distribution teams

• Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward goods

• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconciliation

• Ensure safety, hygiene, and security standards in the warehouse

• Prepare and submit daily reports via email to management.

  🔹 Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / related field

• 8-10 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (FMCG preferred)

• Strong knowledge of stock management systems and MS Excel

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
