Responsibilities & Context:
The Ward Attendant will support inpatient care and daily ward operations at an international-standard psychiatric and de-addiction treatment center. The role involves assisting patients with basic needs and supporting the nursing and clinical teams in maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive ward environment.
Job Type: Full-Time, In-house Staff
Academic Qualification
Minimum SSC; HSC preferred.
Patient care or caregiving training will be an advantage.
Experience
Experience in a hospital, psychiatric facility, rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting is preferred.
Fresh candidates with a suitable attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
Additional Requirements
Physically fit for patient-care duties.
Caring, patient, and responsible.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duty.
