Job Description

The Nursing Staff will provide direct nursing care, medication administration, health monitoring, and clinical support to inpatients at an international-standard psychiatric and de-addiction treatment center. The role includes ensuring patient safety, maintaining proper nursing care, supporting doctors and clinical teams, and contributing to a safe and structured therapeutic environment. The Nursing Staff will work closely with psychiatrists, medical residents, psychologists, and floor managers to ensure continuous and coordinated patient care.

Job Type: 12-hour rotational shift (In-house Clinical Staff)
Workplace: On-site (Inpatient Facility)

Academic Qualification

• Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Valid registration with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC) is mandatory.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant nursing experience.

• Experience in a psychiatric hospital, de-addiction center, or inpatient healthcare setting will be preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Sound knowledge of medication administration and patient monitoring.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.

• Ability to work responsibly in a structured clinical environment.
