Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the overall strategic, operational, administrative, and financial management of an international-standard mental health clinic under the guidance of the Board of Directors. The CEO will ensure effective implementation of organizational policies, quality patient services, regulatory compliance, institutional growth, and long-term sustainability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead overall operations, strategic planning, business growth, and institutional development in line with the organization’s mission and objectives.

  • Work closely with the Board of Directors on policies, budgets, expansion plans, major decisions, and long-term strategy; prepare and present regular operational and financial reports.

  • Oversee patient services, including admission, documentation, communication with patients and guardians, service quality, and patient safety.

  • Supervise department heads and ensure effective coordination among medical, clinical, accounts, HR, marketing, and administrative teams.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, labor laws, professional standards, and organizational policies.

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, resource allocation, operational efficiency, and organizational sustainability.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, corporate organizations, NGOs, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.

  • Lead risk management, crisis response, staff development, and institutional accountability, and perform other responsibilities assigned by the Board.
