Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC, Diploma in hotel management
∎ Skills Required: Restaurant service skills and customer management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Greet Customer and taking order to giving them Menu.
∎ Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell additional products when appropriate.
∎ Provide menu information, recommendation and help customers politely.
∎ Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy.
∎ Check servings before serve to the customers and make corrective action if needed.
∎ Deliver Bills and collect payments.
∎ Working closely with all serving and kitchen staff.
∎ Follow all the hygiene issues, health related rules regulations and all customer service guidance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area:
∎ F&B Waiter/ resort/ hotel
