Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greeting guests: Welcoming guests and escorting them to their tables
∎ Presenting menus: Offering recommendations and presenting menus to guests
∎ Taking orders: Taking orders from guests, including special requests
∎ Serving food and drinks: Ensuring food is served at the proper temperature and that drinks are maintained and operated
∎ Ensuring guest satisfaction: Providing exceptional customer service and working with the kitchen team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
∎ Maintaining a polished appearance: Maintaining a positive demeanor and polished appearance
∎ Memorizing the menu: Memorizing the menu, specials, and wine list to answer questions and make recommendations
∎ Managing service requests: Managing service requests from guests and informing team members of guest needs

The ideal candidates will bring extensive knowledge of fine dining service standards, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to provide personalized guest experiences.
