Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage internal & external partners to ensure execution and continuous improvement across all key performance metrics.
∎ Maintain and build employee relationships and leads teams in the development of new initiatives, including joint teams to address key areas for improvement.
∎ Ensure continuous and undisrupted operations of all manufacturing facilities in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Monitor compliance with sustainability standards and implement new sustainability initiatives in supply chain and operations.
∎ Lead overall operations including merchandising, HR, finance and compliance departments.
∎ Handle all development projects including new ERP implementation, process re-engineering and resource optimization.
∎ Ensure consistent monitoring of day-to-day quality, production, systems, standards and work in progress leading to continuous improvements.
∎ Ensure process improvements and innovations to reduce minute value.
∎ Ensure team management and motivation.
∎ Capacity analysis and planning flow of work to get maximum productivity output and eliminate idle time.
∎ Coordinate with buyers for capacity bookings.

∎ Age 30 to 50 years
