Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field from a reputed university.

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CA, or ACCA will be considered a strong advantage.

• Age 35 to 50 years

• Minimum 12 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, or capital market operations, including 6+ years in a leadership role.

• Proven expertise in financial modeling, strategic investment planning, and risk management.

• Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, and venture capital operations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Sound knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and relevant regulatory compliance.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality financial decisions within tight timelines.

• Experience in working with large-scale ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Finance) is highly preferred.

• CFA/CPA/CA or any equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional decision-making capabilities.

• Must be proactive, strategic, and capable of leading change in a dynamic environment.

• High ethical standards and a strong sense of integrity in handling confidential financial matters.

• Oversee the development and implementation of the company's investment strategies in alignment with overall financial goals.

• Lead and manage all investment-related activities including due diligence, risk assessment, and return analysis.

• Analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities to ensure profitability and long-term value creation.

• Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors to develop financial planning strategies for growth and expansion.

• Monitor capital markets, economic trends, and competitor performance to provide data-driven insights for investment decisions.

• Prepare comprehensive investment reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies related to financial operations and investment portfolios.

• Supervise financial modeling, feasibility studies, and valuation analysis for both existing and prospective investments.

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans based on investment strategies.

• Maintain relationships with external financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies to support business development.

• Establish strong internal controls and governance for all investment processes and capital expenditures.

• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and investment team to meet departmental objectives.

• Participate actively in strategic decision-making and represent the finance team in executive-level meetings.

• Evaluate current finance technologies and recommend upgrades or new systems to improve investment tracking and analysis.

• Provide guidance in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate financing initiatives.
