Experience:
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field from a reputed university.
Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CA, or ACCA will be considered a strong advantage.
Minimum 12 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, or capital market operations, including 6+ years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, strategic investment planning, and risk management.
Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, and venture capital operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Sound knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and relevant regulatory compliance.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality financial decisions within tight timelines.
Experience in working with large-scale ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Finance) is highly preferred.
CFA/CPA/CA or any equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional decision-making capabilities.

Oversee the development and implementation of the company's investment strategies in alignment with overall financial goals.
Lead and manage all investment-related activities including due diligence, risk assessment, and return analysis.
Analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities to ensure profitability and long-term value creation.
Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors to develop financial planning strategies for growth and expansion.
Monitor capital markets, economic trends, and competitor performance to provide data-driven insights for investment decisions.
Prepare comprehensive investment reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies related to financial operations and investment portfolios.
Supervise financial modeling, feasibility studies, and valuation analysis for both existing and prospective investments.
Lead the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans based on investment strategies.
Maintain relationships with external financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies to support business development.
Establish strong internal controls and governance for all investment processes and capital expenditures.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and investment team to meet departmental objectives.
Participate actively in strategic decision-making and represent the finance team in executive-level meetings.
Evaluate current finance technologies and recommend upgrades or new systems to improve investment tracking and analysis.
Provide guidance in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate financing initiatives.
