Requirements:

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Age between 35 to 45 years.
∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance, investment, and accounting; with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
∎ Strong expertise in financial analysis, investment planning, and project evaluation.
∎ Sound knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), financial compliance, and taxation.
∎ Experience in dealing with banks, financial institutions, and external auditors.
∎ Proficiency in ERP/Accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
∎ Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Strong decision-making ability with analytical and strategic thinking mindset.
∎ High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
∎ Professional qualifications like CA, CMA, CFA, or ACCA will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Must maintain the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company’s long-term financial goals.
∎ Conduct thorough financial analysis, risk assessment, and return evaluation for new investment opportunities.
∎ Prepare detailed investment proposals and presentations for executive decision-making.
∎ Track and review the performance of existing investment portfolios and provide improvement recommendations.
∎ Work closely with financial institutions, banks, and investors to explore funding and investment options.
∎ Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance projects through valuation and due diligence.
∎ Stay up to date with market trends, economic indicators, and financial regulations to guide investment decisions.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to formulate and review capital allocation and growth investment strategies.
∎ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal investment guidelines and reporting standards.
∎ Monitor key financial KPIs related to investments and suggest course corrections as needed.
∎ Supervise overall accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
∎ Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and reporting processes.
∎ Ensure compliance with tax regulations such as VAT, AIT, and TDS and support statutory audit requirements.
∎ Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and control.
∎ Ensure effective cash flow management, working capital control, and cost optimization.
∎ Lead the implementation and enhancement of ERP/accounting software to improve financial operations.
∎ Guide and develop the accounts and finance team, ensuring productivity, compliance, and continuous improvement.
∎ Maintain proper documentation, internal controls, and audit readiness across finance and accounting functions.
