Strong knowledge of visa processes for Canada, USA, Australia & Europe.
Excellent communication skills in both Bengali & English.
Must be presentable, smart, well-mannered & organized.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good computer skills.Training will be provided.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Handle all visa-related tasks as per Travel Agency Visa Section rules.
Provide consultation to clients regarding Canada, USA, Australia, and European visa categories.
Guide clients for Student Visa, Schooling Visa, Visit Visa, Work Permit, and Permanent Residency & Family Migration.
Maintain strong communication with clients through calls, meetings, emails, and official correspondence.
Prepare, verify, and submit required visa documents.
Maintain proper documentation and follow up on each client case.
Maintain professional behavior and represent the company positively.
Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
