We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Visa Consultant Intern to support our team in processing visa applications for Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, New Zealand, and Schengen countries. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in country-specific visa requirements, document verification, client communication, and end-to-end visa processing. Client Consultation: Provide professional consultation on tourist, business, family visit, student, and work visa application procedures for first-world destinations.
Eligibility Assessment: Evaluate client profiles and recommend the most suitable visa category based on their travel purpose, eligibility, and supporting documents.
Application Assessment & Documentation: Assess client eligibility and recommend the appropriate visa category, assist in preparing all required documents, and verify visa applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with embassy and VFS requirements prior to submission.
Visa Processing: Prepare and submit visa applications through embassies, VFS centers, or official online portals, following destination-specific procedures.
Appointment Coordination: Schedule visa appointments, biometric enrolments, and other required submission activities while ensuring all deadlines are met.
Client Communication: Provide regular updates on application progress, address client enquiries, and maintain clear communication throughout the visa process.
Interview Preparation: Guide applicants on visa interview procedures, expected questions, and required supporting information to help them prepare confidently.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changes in visa regulations, embassy requirements, processing timelines, and documentation standards for all serviced destinations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure efficient processing and deliver a seamless client experience.
Customer Service Excellence: Build strong client relationships by providing professional, responsive, and solution-oriented support throughout the application journey.
Performance & Quality Assurance: Meet departmental performance targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and service quality.
