∎ Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar virtual assistant role.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Customer service, social media advertise expertise, Content creator, Graphic Design, Data Entry, Digital Marketing.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Proficient typing skills in English.
∎ English proficiency: Excellent reading, writing, listing and speaking.
∎ Having an American accent will get preference
∎ TOEFL or IELTS Course Certificate will be considered as extra qualification.
∎ Advanced computer knowledge, Well-versed in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Graphic design, social media skills and navigating online environments.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Social Media Management: Assist in managing and scheduling posts on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
∎ Content Creation: Help create engaging content for blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.
∎ Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns and ensure timely delivery of marketing emails, newsletters, and promotions
∎ Have a good understanding of the use of AI (Artificial intelligence).
∎ Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator to create basic marketing visuals.
∎ Creating and scheduling social media posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media activity.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop email campaigns, social media content, and ad copies.
∎ Data Analysis & Reporting: Help track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and create reports.
