We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).

Key Responsibilities

You will plan, create, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals. You will monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and use insights to continuously improve our social presence. Engaging with our online community — responding to comments, messages, and mentions — will be a core part of your day-to-day work. You will also collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the wider marketing team to produce high-quality campaigns and ensure consistency across all channels.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field. You should have a strong understanding of each platform's best practices, algorithms, and advertising tools. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is preferred. Excellent written communication skills, a creative eye, and the ability to work to deadlines are essential. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
