Qualifications
3 to 6 years of experience in visual design, art direction, or a related creative discipline.
A strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and execution quality across multiple formats
Proven ability to work directly from strategy or business briefs without heavy creative supervision.
Experience in brand, advertising, digital marketing, or in-house creative teams is preferred. Exposure to campaign-level creative work across digital and print is a strong advantage.

The Visual Strategist is the creative bridge between strategy and execution. This role is responsible for translating business objectives and communication briefs directly into visual outputs, without requiring intermediary interpretation. The resource is expected to think at the level of brand and campaign strategy, and independently produce creative work that is conceptually grounded, visually compelling, and ready for deployment across digital and print channels. This is a senior individual contributor role with strong influence over the team's creative direction and output standards.
What You Will Do
Decode brand strategy, campaign briefs, and communication objectives into clear visual concepts.
Develop creative directions independently, from initial concept through to final execution.
Lead visual ideation for campaigns, product launches, brand activations, and ongoing content needs.
Produce high-quality design outputs across digital and print: social creatives, presentations, campaign assets, OOH, brand collateral, and more.
Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints in line with brand guidelines.
Adapt creative executions across formats and platforms while preserving concept integrity.
Develop a thorough understanding of the brand's visual identity, tone, and positioning.
Ensure all creative work reflects brand standards and elevates brand perception.
Identify when creative work is off-brand and course-correct proactively.
Work directly with the Brand Manager to align creative output with strategic priorities.
Collaborate with the Reel Ranger, Junior Visualizer, and Video Editor to ensure cohesion across all content formats.
Review and provide creative direction on work produced by junior team members.
Stay current with design trends, platform aesthetics, and industry benchmarks.
Bring relevant creative references and emerging visual approaches into team discussions.
Continuously raise the creative bar through initiative and self-driven exploration.
