What You Bring
Portfolio demonstrating creative range across visual formats, whether professional, academic, or personal work.
Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
Familiarity with social platform content formats including Reels, Stories, and feed posts.
Basic motion graphics or video editing capability is a strong plus.
Strong sense of typography, layout, and color as demonstrated in portfolio work.
Strong visual instinct and genuine interest in design, culture, and aesthetics.
Trend-aware and plugged into what is happening across social platforms and digital culture.
Qualifications
0 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative field.
A portfolio demonstrating visual design ability and creative range is required, regardless of years of experience. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and demonstrable design instinct are encouraged to apply.
Exposure to social media content creation, digital design, or brand work is an advantage.

The Creative Scout is a junior visual contributor who supports the creative team's day-to-day design and production needs. This role is built for someone early in their career who is hungry to grow, visually aware, and eager to bring fresh ideas into the team's work. The Creative Scout works under the guidance of the Senior Visualizer and Brand Manager, assisting in the execution of campaigns, social content, brand collateral, and other creative outputs. Cultural awareness, trend sensitivity, and a willingness to experiment are as important as technical skill in this role.
What You Will Do
Visual Production Support:
Assist in the production of design assets across social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and brand collateral.
Execute design tasks based on briefs and direction provided by the Senior Visualizer or Brand Manager.
Resize, adapt, and reformat creative assets across platforms and specifications.
Creative Contribution:
Bring fresh visual references, ideas, and creative inputs into team brainstorms and pre-production discussions.
Contribute to mood board development and visual research for campaigns and brand projects.
Suggest creative approaches that reflect current trends and platform-native aesthetics.
Trend & Platform Awareness:
Actively follow visual and content trends across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Flag emerging design styles, formats, and references relevant to ongoing or upcoming projects.
Maintain awareness of competitor and industry creative benchmarks.
Brand Consistency:
Apply brand guidelines accurately across all design work.
Develop a working understanding of the brand's visual identity and tone.
Flag inconsistencies or quality concerns in production work proactively.
