• Experience producing content for social-native platforms is required.

• Background in brand, advertising, or digital content production is preferred.

The Motion Wizard is the team's dedicated post-production resource, responsible for editing and motion work across all video and animated content. This is a high-volume, time-intensive role that sits at the center of the creative pipeline: raw footage, design assets, and creative briefs come in, and polished, publish-ready content goes out. The Motion Wizard works closely with the Reel Ranger, Senior Visualizer, and Brand Manager to ensure every piece of video content meets brand standards and platform requirements.

What You Will Do

• Edit raw footage into publish-ready videos for social media, campaigns, brand films, event coverage, and internal communications.

• Handle high volumes of editing requests across multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining quality.

• Cut, sequence, and pace video content to match brief requirements, platform norms, and brand tone.

• Incorporate music, voiceover, sound design, subtitles, and text overlays as required. Create motion graphics, animated elements, and transitions to elevate video content.

• Develop animated social content, lower thirds, title sequences, and branded templates.

• Build reusable motion templates that improve production speed across recurring content formats.

• Export and optimize content for platform-specific requirements across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Linkedin.

• Produce multiple format variants from a single edit: vertical, horizontal, and square cuts as needed.

• Stay current with platform video specifications, aspect ratio requirements, and best practices.

• Work from edit briefs and reference cuts provided by the Brand Manager or Senior Visualizer.

• Provide input on pacing, structure, and visual treatment during pre-production planning when relevant.

• Flag capacity constraints or timeline risks proactively to the creative team lead.

• Maintain a consistent visual and sonic identity across all video output in line with brand guidelines.

• Self-review all work against brief requirements before submission for approval.
