- Candidates must be willing to work according to U.S. office hours, which will fall during the night shift in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context: Background and job Summary: We are looking for motivated, fluent English speakers to join our physical office as Virtual Accounts Executive. In this role, he will require to interact with U.S.-based clients and students, ensure a smooth and engaging communication experience, and handle backend operations to support virtual service delivery.
Project Objectives: To recruit a staff who must have considerable skills and competencies to communicate with US based clients and students effectively and willing to work in nightshift in Bangladesh. Work under the supervision and guidance of Virtual Accounts Manager and perform job as assigned by the management and team leader.
The project will deal with the following duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual meetings with clients and students via Zoom or Google Meet Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through clear, timely communication
- Backend tasks as assigned, Update QuickBooks, Campus ivy and PITC campusTeck systems.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Invoices, ledgers)
- Verify and check the financial data in various online ledger in regular manner
- Prepare and verify bills, invoices and payment records
- Handle petty cash and daily transaction records
- Support monthly closings and financial statements
- Liaising with India, Pakistan and USA team regarding financial matters and responding to financial queries from managers or external parties.
- Ensuring all the financial/Accounting records and data base are kept up to date in the web base management systems.
- Any other tasks are assigned by authority.
