Responsibilities & Context:
Organization: Pubergaon Krira Shikkha Protishtan (PKSP)
Location: Rupganj, Narayanganj
PKSP is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer cum Video Editor to support its branding and marketing activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content to promote PKSP’s sports training programs, events, and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute video shoots for branding, promotional, and event purposes.
Operate camera, gimbal, drone, lighting, and related equipment with technical precision.
Capture and edit videos for social media platforms, advertisements, and institutional promotions.
Perform color correction, sound balancing, motion graphics editing and thumbnail design.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop impactful video content.
Manage video archiving and ensure timely delivery of finished projects.
Export and optimize videos for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and digital campaigns.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum HSC/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (in Media, Film, Graphics Design, or related discipline preferred).
1–2 years of practical experience in videography and video editing (Freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect and related tools.
Skilled in camera handling, gimbal operation, framing, and lighting setup.
Good understanding of color tone, visual storytelling, and motion graphics.
Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate effectively within a team.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience in drone videography or photography.
Knowledge of social media content creation (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
Basic design skills in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator.
Active involvement in sports activities will be given preference.
