Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct daily cricket training sessions for players of different age groups.
Develop players’ technical, tactical, and physical skills.
Plan match strategies and guide teams during practice and tournaments.
Maintain discipline and ensure a positive team environment.
Identify and nurture young talent for long-term player development.
Employment Status: Full-time / Part-time
Educational Requirements:
Minimum HSC or equivalent (experience preferred).
Certified coaching qualification (Level 1 or above) will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a coach or player at a competitive level.
Additional Requirements:
Passionate about cricket and youth development.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Must be punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented.
