Key Responsibilities of a Security Supervisor:

• Team Management:

• Assigning duties, creating patrol schedules, training security staff, and evaluating their performance.

• Security Systems Monitoring:

• Overseeing CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment, ensuring they are functioning correctly and responding to any alerts.

• Access Control:

• Verifying visitor credentials, supervising entry and exit points, and preventing unauthorized access.

• Emergency Response:

• Handling incidents like fires, thefts, or medical emergencies, coordinating with first responders, and documenting incidents.

• Security Audits:

• Conducting regular risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulations.

• Policy Implementation:

• Ensuring the security team follows company policies and procedures.

• Training and Development:

• Providing training on emergency preparedness and response, and keeping security personnel updated on security protocols.
