🎯 Role Overview

এই পজিশনে আপনাকে primarily Video Editing করতে হবে, তবে বিশেষভাবে:

✔️ On-camera presenter–এর সাথে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
✔️ Talking-head, corporate presentation, SaaS explainer format edit করতে জানতে হবে
✔️ Presenter footage optimize করে professional output দিতে পারতে হবে

🎬 Key Responsibilities

• 15s–60s high-converting ad creative edit করা

• Presenter-based promotional video edit করা

• Talking-head video clean cut, pacing, jump cut, zoom, punch-in ব্যবহার

• Subtitle styling, motion text, lower-third, callout animation

• SaaS product demo + explainer format edit

• Hook-based intro structure তৈরি

• Background music, SFX, voice balancing

🛠 Required Skills

• Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci / CapCut Pro–এ দক্ষতা

• Presenter footage edit করার বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা

• Corporate lighting + framing understanding (shoot coordination knowledge)

• Ad creative psychology বোঝা

• Clean, modern, tech-brand aligned editing sense
