∎ Age 25 to 35 years3-5 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, camera operation, cinematography, and product photography.
∎ Formatting and resizing skills of video contents for social media and broadcast standard production.
∎ Medium Knowledge in related graphical software i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Static, Animated content making for social media.
∎ Post-production skills using after effects and 3D production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Web Media/Blog, Professional Photographers.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and videos for marketing, social media, and other digital platforms.
∎ Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos that align with project goals and brand standards.
∎ Required knowledge in operating cameras for in-house and on-location shoots, handling both video and product photography.
∎ Demonstrated deep knowledge of Chain Restaurants, Food & Beverage Sector in Bangladesh, including on the major F & B practices and markets of Bangladesh.
∎ Execute product photography to capture high-quality images that showcase the brand's products for marketing and e-commerce purposes.
∎ Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts, video strategies, and creative content that align with brand identity.
∎ Apply advanced video editing techniques, including sound mixing, motion tracking, color correction, and integration of typography and visual effects.
∎ Utilize cinematography techniques to enhance live-action video projects, focusing on lighting, framing, and shot composition.
∎ Adapt motion graphics and video content for various platforms, ensuring optimal performance across devices and screen sizes.
∎ Maintain consistency across all content, ensuring alignment with the brand’s style, tone, and messaging.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, continuously refining your skills in motion graphics design, cinematography, and product photography.
∎ Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

You will work on a mix of motion graphics, video editing, product photography, and live-action videography to create captivating digital content.
