• Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a news or media organization.

• Strong sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.

Job Description: The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content for news stories, features, and special programs. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, technical expertise in video editing software, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished video content for broadcast and digital platforms.

• Add graphics, sound, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.

• Collaborate with reporters, producers, and camera operators to deliver high-quality news packages.

• Ensure all video content meets editorial guidelines and deadlines.

• Archive and manage video footage systematically.

• Stay updated with industry trends and new editing techniques.
