Additional Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing work in drama, commercials, and/or movies.

• Fluent in English and Bangla (spoken and written).

• Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement direction and feedback.

• Strong visual style and familiarity with concepts such as composition, light, space, and shape as they pertain to photography/videography.

• Basic understanding of live video production: video camera knowledge (frame rates, shutter speeds, aperture, ISO, white balance, composition), simple lighting setups, and basic audio.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a major network, TV studio, or production house.

• Experience with digital post-production workflows, including multiple video formats and transcoding, encoding, and authoring for distribution across multiple platforms.

• Experience with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.

• Attention to detail and storytelling flow.

• Experience with portrait photography.

• Knowledge of sound design and advanced motion graphics.

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite`s video tools and familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator.

Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor & Colorist located in Dhaka. The Video Editor will be responsible for producing and editing video content, performing color grading, and creating motion graphics. The role involves working closely with the creative team to ensure the final product meets the company’s standards and vision.

Responsibilities:

• Edit video content for dramas, commercials, and social media reels.

• Perform color correction and grading to achieve cinematic visual styles.

• Create and integrate motion graphics when needed.

• Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and the creative team.

• Assemble raw footage, trim and arrange shots, and add music, dialogue, graphics, and effects.

• Ensure every project is delivered as a polished, professional final product.

• Maintain project timelines and deliver on tight deadlines.

• Stay up to date with editing trends and platform-specific requirements.
