- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, CapCut is a plus).
- Understanding of storytelling, visual rhythm, and social media hooks.
- Basic design knowledge for thumbnail creation (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva).
- Must share portfolio or reel (via Google Drive or YouTube link).
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Edit videos for educational programs, interviews, events, ads, and social media creatives to boost engagement.
- Develop product branding concepts, create engaging content in multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5) optimized for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, lower-thirds, and smooth transitions.
- Perform color correction, sound balancing, and audio cleanup.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
- Suggest creative directions, storytelling improvements, and pacing enhancements.
- Manage project timelines, file organization, and backup for multiple edits.
- Stay updated with editing trends and social media video strategies
- Brainstorm and visualize creative .
- Edit & retouch product and event videos for promotional use.
- Maintain consistent brand style and storytelling across all platforms.
- Stay updated with current design trends, typography, and color theory.
- Organize design files and maintain creative assets for future use.
