Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop creative and engaging video content ideas aligned with the goals and target audience.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and strategies.
∎ Coordinate with the production team to manage equipment, lighting, and sound requirements for video shoots.
∎ Stay updated on video production trends, techniques, and tools to enhance content quality.
∎ Plan, schedule, and coordinate live streams on Facebook Groups, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to the content calendar.
∎ Interact with the audience during live streams, responding to comments, questions, and engaging viewers to enhance the community experience.
∎ Possess strong technical skills in video editing software, live streaming platforms, and other relevant tools.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues during live streams and coordinate with technical support when necessary.
∎ Foster a sense of community within the Facebook Group through engaging content and active participation in discussions.
∎ Collaborate with community managers to understand member interests and preferences for content creation.
∎ Monitor and analyze video performance metrics, including views, engagement, and other relevant KPIs.
∎ Provide regular reports on video and live stream performance, offering insights for continuous improvement.
∎ Work closely with the social media team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to align video content with broader marketing strategies.
