∎ Develop and implement business development strategies for IP telephony and SMS services.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
∎ Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry players and clients.
∎ Lead the business development team, setting targets and driving the sales process.
∎ Drive revenue initiatives, optimizing new and existing revenue streams.
∎ Build strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.
∎ Enhance brand presence through industry events and networking.
∎ Provide regular business development reports and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
