∎ Position profile
∎ We are looking for someone with substantial management and leadership experience to run the day-to-day activities at the centre including appointment scheduling and client management; daily finance management; administrative staff and hospital facility maintenance; documentation and record maintenance; and overseeing clinical practice management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in line with the processes of Group.
∎ Handle Appointments and Scheduling of the centre
∎ Supervise and direct other support staff
∎ Function as the liaison with clients concerning complaints or problems
∎ Liase with the receptionist with daily customer sales, customer payments, and invoicing.
∎ Ensure quality service for customer satisfaction and generation of expected Revenue
∎ Capacity to manage within Revenue and Expense
∎ Establishes hospital budget and projections for growth
∎ Responsible for overall planning, systems, control, implementation and ensure efficiency of the clinic
∎ Manage the cleanliness of the clinic
∎ Manage Salary, Time off and leave scheduling of the center employees.
∎ Manager new employee contracts for the centre
∎ Prepare and report monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements
∎ Development of individual program budgets for Finance assistance
∎ Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements of each function (Doctor, Lab, HR, IT, Billing & Customer service)
∎ Implement and maintain all Company administrative policies and procedures for its smooth operations.
∎ Manage and ensure weekly Bank deposits and Manage Petty Cash Reports
∎ Maintain the through set of employment policies and employee manual
∎ Mediate all personnel problems, maintains employee motivation, and structures continuing education for support staff personnel.
∎ Manage concern Inventory and track all medicinal purchases
∎ Oversees the building and equipment maintenance and housekeeping standards
∎ Prepare all monthly requisitions for the organization.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies
∎ Giving assistants for Organizing meeting and ensuring all levels of logistic support.
∎ Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
∎ Mail correspondence.
∎ Filing information of daily visitors and callers accordingly
∎ Follow up with visitors and contact potential target clients;
∎ Office maintenance and assist with administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to all

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have 4-5 years of practical experience in Accounts or the relevant field.
∎ Should have Experiences in Veterinary Clinic or Hospital sector in Operations &
∎ Administration.
