Creative Content Creation, Training
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Train performers to produce specific content (PGC content )according to the requirements of the platform
∎ Constantly expand content categories and provide relevant performer training and user guidance by investigating the local market
∎ Constantly improve content quality by communicating with performers and users to increase conversion rate
∎ Trained the broadcasting skills of performers to achieve the purpose of interaction and guidance with users
∎ Collect the market feedback and improve the content accordingly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in training content creators, not limited to live broadcast, short video, and voice broadcast
∎ Good at discovering quality content and categories in the local market
∎ Good at training and collecting feedback
∎ Proficiency in Bengali and English Communication skills both written and spoken.
∎ Prior work experience in social or entertainment apps is a plus.
∎ Highly energetic, creative and flexible, and effective at reaching the desired end goal.
∎ Data management software skill in MS Excel, MS Access, and Google sheet is a plus
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 65000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Each Festival Bonus Equivalent to Gross Salary
