Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
∎ Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
∎ Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
∎ Continually monitoring sales trends to determine which products are more popular than others.
∎ Implementing vendor selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured.
∎ Conducting interviews with new vendors and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations.
∎ Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.
∎ Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.
∎ Monitor and improve vendor fulfilment of purchase orders
∎ Educate vendor(s) on tools, processes and resources
∎ Onboard new vendors and manage delivery compliance with site's requirements
∎ Execute established processes for handling exceptions in supply chain
∎ Support the import in stock manager on procurement tasks
∎ Perform system related housekeeping duties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience in managing e-commerce project on similar field.
∎ Skills Required: E-commerce Related.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situation.
∎ Ability to work on your own part or as part of a team.
∎ Have a good eye for details.
∎ Good judgment & decision making skills.
∎ Strong client facing & teamwork skills.
∎ Must have good knowledge of computer.
Salary: Negotiable
