Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & oversee the company's e-commerce business efforts.
∎ Head the planning & execution of the marketing strategies to promote services to online customers.
∎ Conducting business to business transactions through an internet website.
∎ Interact the high officials on the design implementation of website marketing plans.
∎ Prepare & demonstrate presentations of various marketing strategies.
∎ Cooperate with the web developers to make necessary changes in the website if needed.
∎ Allocate work to the marketing executives & supervised them
∎ Develops & implements marketing plans to serve business objects.
∎ Being a marketing manager stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects.
∎ Select & manages ongoing relationship with different markets vendors.
∎ Marketing Manager may oversee advertising, events & public relationship.
∎ Ensures the project/department milestones/goals are met & adhering to approved budget.
∎ Develop a department-wide online marketing strategy.
∎ Supervise Ecommerce Marketing Team.
∎ Collaborate with IT department to establish site analytics& to ensure system security.
∎ Creates graph in the system to track product sales.
∎ The Marketing Manager manages subordinate stuffs in the day to day performance of their jobs.
∎ Lead development of tailored marketing campaigns.
∎ Identify and reaches out to potential affiliates.
∎ Research and formulates ways to optimize user experience.
∎ Use data to create strategic plan.
∎ Maintain working knowledge of best practices in marketing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience in managing e-commerce project on similar field.
∎ Skills Required: E-commerce Marketing Related.
∎ Must have the knowledge of marketing & e-commerce related field.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
∎ Expert knowledge about various marketing strategies.
∎ Knowledge about SEM & SEO concepts.
∎ Expert knowledge of affiliate marketing.
∎ Knowledge about online campaign management.
∎ Expert leadership qualities.
∎ Expert analyzing & organizational skills.
∎ Fluent in English both oral & written.
Salary: Negotiable
