Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Fisheries (Preference will be given to B.Sc /Masters degree holders in Aquaculture, Fisheries Technology, Fish Processing and Quality Control, Fish Genetics and Bio - technology, Business Administration, Development Studies) .
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Business planning skills, including SME development, market studies, create backward-forward market linkage and value chain analysis
∎ • Strong networking and relationship building skills with an ability to work with producer organizations to link small holders to markets
∎ • Working knowledge in fisheries (aquaculture) production systems
∎ • Financial Management
∎ • Value chain analysis
∎ • Advocacy with government and non government organization and other related company for Fisheries program development.
∎ • Monitor program input and output.
∎ • At least 50% of total working time should be spent on field level activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience candidates will get the preference in Value chain Program, Marketing, Branding, Fish processing and Intensive-Semi Intensive Fish Farming.
∎ At least 7 years of relevant experience related to Fisheries development Project
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Employee will get bonus equal to Salary and staff will get Baishakhi allowance 10 percentage of monthly salary and also they will get monthly mobile bill and conveyance allowance.
