Educational Requirements:
∎ Prospective candidates should have a Master’s Degree in Management or other related subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop detail implementation plan at aggregation center base priority action and supply chain development
∎ Lead and support to enhance the fresh food items distribution activities (Checking mobilization plan, effort to enhance the quality and quantity of fresh food items, crowd management considering the COVID-19 safety precautions)
∎ Provide feedback to FFC retailers in each days based on fresh food related observation (Products present physical appearances like: Quality, quantity, size, shape, colour, transportation damages etc)
∎ Lead and support retailer to develop prior plan to distribute fresh food items current days and distribution demand & target setting for next day’s
∎ Support BNFs to receive fresh food items based on their choices (what amount of which items of fresh food he will purchase, how he will bring it to his house)
∎ Assess BNFs interest and choices (demand), what fresh food items they want to get from FFC (Which products and what amount of products packets/food basket their required/needs)
∎ Lead and support FFC retailers to establish linkage with outside market’s fresh food wholesaler for developing smooth supply chain system
∎ Assess retailer their existing supply chain system and transportation modalities (How and when they collect fresh foods items and who are their regular supplier or from where they collect fresh food items)
∎ Lead and take initiative to collect all sorts of BNFs complains regarding fresh food items and priorities it to resolve soon
∎ Lead and collect information and analysis on an average of each BNFs requirements of fresh vegetable and how BNFs preserved/stored it their homestead
∎ Act according to the rules & regulations of the organization and ensure transparency in fresh food supply from Aggregation center and distribution from camp level FFC.
∎ Supervise that transaction are carried out according to the ration scales approved.
∎ Supervise the daily work in progress and prepare daily transaction reports.
∎ Keep close collaboration with senior staff, other unit, other NGO, SM, CiC.
∎ Attend CiC meeting as a WV-B representative also attend different CP and counterpart meeting (FAO, WFP and its partners)
∎ Organize and actively participate different meeting at Outlet (Pre, post, monthly meeting, meeting with retailers and any other meeting).
∎ Supervise and assist to organize the capacity building training of volunteers, RFSC, porters and any other training that need.
∎ Willing and ready to work in any natural disaster or emergency situation anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly report with accuracy.
∎ Closely monitor the COVID-19 Compliance
∎ Perform any other duty that may be assigned from time to time and any other responsibilities as requested by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have knowledge and skills of project implementation
∎ Familiar with and abide by the NGO/Red Cross Code of Conduct, the People in Aid Code, HAP, Core Humanitarian standards
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities
∎ Intermediate level of computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Power Point, SPSS & other database program.
∎ Proven skill in quantitative and report writing
∎ Experience in Managing Voucher based Commodity Distribution and Management in Relief / Refugee / Emergency context is an added advantage.
∎ Candidates should also have at least 2-3 years’ previous experience in a related field.
