Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in any discipline
∎ Master's in Education related subject is preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide overall lead to implementation of Education Project activities timely and appropriate in the Refugee Response Programme.
∎ Develop Education procurement plan and provide technical support to Facilitators in LCs.
∎ Coordinate and contribute to the Education response coordination system with UN agency or government and INGOs
∎ Assisting in project planning & budgeting as per design
∎ Facilitate networking in the programme areas with the relevant stakeholders.
∎ Support the implementation of the project with UNICEF’s standard
∎ Support project staffs in doing need assessment, problem identification, stake holder and situation analysis?
∎ Monitor Project activities through proper monitoring tools.
∎ Carried out the security issues in all level.
∎ Work closely with CP staff
∎ Strengthen relationship with CiC, Site Management, NGOs/INGOs & other stakeholders Majee, parents of the Rohingya community.
∎ Assist The Stakeholders for different program according to the project design.
∎ Advocate Education issues in forums and meetings, collaborate with Govt. and like-minded Non. Govt. organizations.
∎ Ensure hiring of facilitators in consultation with the Education Officers
∎ Facilitate capacity building of facilitators by coaching, training, workshop, and orientation.
∎ Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual report generated in accordance with Response/Donors/Cluster compliance format.
∎ Preparation of case study and success story on a quarterly basis.
∎ Proper documentation of all reports and records
∎ Develop and use different SBCC material for Education activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have knowledge and skills of project management in emergencies Essential
∎ Ability to work in different locations as per advise Essential
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali Essential
∎ Ability to work in a team Essential
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities Desirable
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel & MS Power Point Desirable
∎ Minimum 2 years of community development activities/Response works Essential
∎ 75% field visit in the working area is expected
∎ Good working relationship between CP & Education project and other projects including special projects in the working area.
∎ Secured, safety, friendly and cooperative working environment among the team members
