Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors Degree /Graduation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participating in the sensitisation, registration, verification, validation of beneficiaries.
∎ Beneficiary Mobilization about current situation ( Covid-19 pandemic, safety security and MMT)
∎ Facilitating in the Cash distribution process (MMT accounts opening, cash out system, Password protection, safety and security measures)
∎ Developing of distribution plans-
∎ I. Management of beneficiary registers
∎ II. Community capacity building on Safety net related issues
∎ III. Crowd control during acknowledge
∎ IV. Establishment and maintenance of complaints and response handling
∎ V. Produce distribution reports
∎ Monitoring Cash redemption in the designated areas:
∎ Monitoring cash distribution process at the CD points.
∎ I. Coordinate complaints and response handling related to Cash redemption
∎ III. Monitor the market price of food commodities when requested.
∎ Co-ordinate and liaise with local authorities and stakeholders on the ground with regard to the project.
∎ Identifying and recommending other needs in the area.
∎ Assisting Field Coordinator as required in all aspects of the CBI Project.
∎ Attending and participate in project meetings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have at least 2-3 years work experience in Safety net assistance.
∎ Able to work in demanding environment.
∎ Must be able to perform necessary field assignments such as travel over difficult terrain.
∎ Communication and relationship building with local partners and government authorities, and cooperation with other team members.
∎ Local knowledge will be preferred
∎ Proficient in Chittagong Local Dialect is an added advantage.
∎ Good oral and written communication skills.
