Currently, we're looking to improve the visibility of our brands in Google search rankings, and we need an experienced and highly skilled On-Page & Off-Page SEO Expert to join our Dhaka office.
∎ Job Summary
∎ We are looking for a results-driven SEO expert to significantly boost the search engine rankings of our brands’ websites. You will be responsible for optimizing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions. With three active websites, the SEO expert will work on both technical and content strategies to strengthen our position in Google search results.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ On-Page SEO Optimization:
∎ #Conduct comprehensive keyword research for each brand. #Optimize website content, meta descriptions, tags, images, and URLs for SEO.
∎ #Improve internal linking structures to enhance website navigation and crawlability.
∎ #Ensure the website’s content is relevant, valuable, and engaging to the target audience.
∎ Off-Page SEO Strategy:
∎ #Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority.Monitor, manage, and grow the brand's backlink profile through high-quality guest posts, influencer outreach, and content partnerships.Work on improving brand mentions, social signals, and online reputation.Te
∎ Tchnical SEO: Conduct site audits and address technical SEO issues such as broken links, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.Monitor andoptimize Google Search Console and Google Analytics to track key SEO metrics.
∎ Content Optimization & Strategy:Collaborate with the content team to optimize content and create keyword-rich blog posts, articles, and other media.Ensure each brand’s website follows best practices for SEO-friendly content creation.
∎ Performance Tracking & Reporting:Track the SEO performance of all three websites using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).Generate regular reports on keyword rankings, site traffic, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).Use data and insights to continuously improve strategies.
∎ Key Skills & Experience Required
∎ Experience:Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in on-page and off-page SEO, particularly in competitive industries.Experience working with international brands or foreign companies will be highly regarded.Previous experience with WordPress website development and SEO implementation will be an added advantage.
∎ Skills:Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.Proficient in HTML/CSS basics, and understanding of technical SEO elements such as XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, etc.Excellent understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on ROI and performance.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with content and design teams.
∎ Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
