Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Upazilla level annual and quarterly activity plan highlighting major important events
∎ Prepare monthly implementation plan with budget in accordance with detailed annual activity plan of the project.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient use of cash /grant for business development by the SHG members as profitable manner.
∎ Assist in day to day planning of project. Mentor and coach the staff for learning professional behavior.
∎ Assist to maintain finance, cash transfer to the project participants, assets inventory and store effectively and efficiently following the policy and guidelines.
∎ Ensure project/organization resources would be management in a cost effective way.
∎ Appraise the performances of the staff at the end of the year based on day to day monitoring and provide necessary feedback for further development.
∎ Capacity building of staff, relevant stakeholders and participants
∎ Organize training, workshop, orientation and discussion sessions etc.
∎ Liaison with different stakeholder including Upazila administration, Union Parishad, NGOs/ Strategic partners and CBOs and develop functional relationship with them.
∎ Conduct meeting, workshop or dialogue with local govt. administration, Union parishad and other stakeholders for achieving services from them.
∎ Facilitate the formation of the Apex groups, their training and registration under government line departments
∎ Make schedule for cash distribution, assist FOs to bank transaction, ensure proper security, use internal control mechanism for avoiding anomalies / corruption and strictly followed financial policy and procedure.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and six monthly progress reports incorporating both qualitative and quantitative reports and share them with all concerned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years experiences in relevant field
∎ Strong team management skill.
∎ Skill in planning, implementing and budgeting.
∎ Have clear understanding on knowledge management, documentation and reporting skill.
∎ Experience on developing business plan and review
∎ Demonstrated inter-personal, negotiation and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Practicing innovation/creativity and achieving quality results and service.
∎ Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
Salary: Tk. 57500 - 62500 (Monthly)
