Khan Foundation is seeking applications from competent, dynamic and experienced candidates under "APARAJITA-Political Empowerment of Women, PHASE-III" Project for the following positions:
∎ Reporting Person: S/he will be responsible for reporting directly to the District project Coordinator.
∎ Job Location: APARAJITA Working Areas (Cox`sBazar and and Chattogram District)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepared Monthly/Quarterly Plan:--
∎ Prepare training and monitoring work plan with budget of Local government unit (LGUs) in which s/he will be operating.
∎ Prepared activity wise monthly work plan.
∎ Prepared activity wise quarterly work plan.
∎ Facilitation and Monitoring:--
∎ Facilitating, conducting and managing the training, workshops, meetings and orientations with local government representatives (Chairman, Members, Secretary and Women Leaders).
∎ Supervise and monitor the activities of the stakeholders and beneficiaries that received trainings under the project.
∎ Communication and linkage:--
∎ Communication and linkage with local administration, Union parished Chairman, Members, Secretary and Local Service Providers for smoothly implementation the program.
∎ Any other task:--
∎ Reporting the achievement and results of project activities as per project needs.
∎ Perform any other task as and when required by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 03 years experience in field level activities.
∎ Should have knowledge regarding local government activities.
∎ Should have knowledge of all kind of program related activities, prepare work plan and arrange meeting, supervision, monitoring and reporting as per Performance Monitoring Indicators.

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 23000 (Monthly)
