Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead Um-rah & Hajj Segment
∎ Arrange pre-registration for Um-rah & Hajj guests.
∎ Arrange VISA for Um-rah & Hajj guests.
∎ Manage all queries for Um-rah & Hajj guests.
∎ Ensure proper service for our guests.
∎ Deal with service providers.
∎ Deal with all external bodies.
∎ Arrange Training for Hajj & Um-rah guests.
∎ Coordinate with the Ticket reservation team.
∎ We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Lead for our Umrah & Hajj Segment of AKIJ Air. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of our Umrah and Hajj services, ensuring seamless experiences for our guests. This role includes arranging pre-registrations, visas, handling queries, and coordinating with various service providers and external bodies.
