∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Preferably a Fine Arts or Graphics Design graduate.
∎ For people with at least 1-3 years of experience, educational qualifications will be compromised.
∎ Work experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
∎ Solid understanding of principles of design — layout, color & typography
∎ Having experience working with ThemeForest alone or in the team is a huge plus
∎ Deeply passionate about design with exceptional visual design skill
∎ Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
∎ Excellent attention to detail
∎ Solid understanding of color science and combinations
∎ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
∎ Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other design/prototyping tools
∎ Strong portfolio of previous work

∎ Improve the design of the existing theme
∎ Collaborate with the developer to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase
∎ Be ready to self-organize, self-manage, and make your own decisions about what to do to deliver the result
∎ Able to come up with aesthetic designs by keeping customer appeal in mind
∎ We (Sapwp) are seeking talented UI/UX Designers to join our team. You will work on a new extended team. So, if you are not comfortable working alone under minimal guidance, you are discouraged from applying for this position.
