Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales and collection strategies to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection targets within the assigned territory.
∎ Identify and tap into new markets within the territory, expanding the customer base and increasing market share.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and converting new prospects into loyal customers.
∎ Provide customer service, address customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
∎ Prepare accurate sales forecasts and contribute to budgeting and resource allocation within the territory.
∎ Actively promote the company’s steel products, emphasizing quality, performance, and benefits over competitors.
∎ Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data within the territory.
∎ Identify and develop distribution channels, including dealers, distributors, and retailers, to increase product availability and reach.
∎ Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key influencers, and stakeholders.
∎ Address and resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively to maintain trust and loyalty.
