Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist UK-based clients with their travel inquiries and bookings.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
∎ Handle reservations, ticketing, and other travel-related tasks.
∎ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
∎ Stay updated with travel industry trends and product knowledge.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Previous work experience as a Sales Executive or Travel Counselor for a minimum of 2 years.
∎ Ability to work night shifts from 6:30 pm to 4:30 am.
∎ Strong sales and negotiation skills.
∎ Knowledge of travel industry products, services, and systems.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Ability to work well in a team and independently.
∎ Must be eligible to work in pressure
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Shift Details:
For Boys
Night Shift: 6:30 pm to 4:30 am (4 shifts per week)
Day Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm (2 shifts per week)
For Girls
Night Shift: 6:30 pm to 4:30 am (3 shifts per week)
Day Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm (3 shifts per week)
Offday will be roaster wise
