Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Care, Customer Service, Passenger Service, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Guide, Travel Agent, Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gain new clients and expand organization's current business
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
∎ Acquiring the monthly revenue and profit target generated by the management.
∎ Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
∎ Design complete travel itineraries for clients that include entertainment, restaurant, and attraction suggestions.
∎ Train junior travel consultants on all aspects of creating travel arrangements and satisfying clients.
∎ Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
∎ Handle unforeseen problems and complaints of clients and determine effective solution
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred
∎ Familiarity with GDS
∎ Familiarity with domestic and foreign travel destinations
∎ Passionate about travel and tourism
∎ Customer oriented mindset
∎ Team player
∎ Good organizational and time-management skills
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Honest and committed to work a long period in organization
∎ Proven working experience as a travel consultant/agent
∎ Exemplary sales skills and customer service oriented approach
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc.)
∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
∎ Demonstrable ability to handle crisis
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
