Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, execute, and optimize META (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Manage lead generation campaigns for study abroad services
Monitor daily ad performance, budget, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
A/B test creatives, audiences, and ad copies
Coordinate with content & design teams for ad creatives
Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
Scale winning campaigns and reduce cost per lead
Requirements:
Proven experience in META Ads & Google Ads management
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
Experience in education consultancy / service-based ads is a plus
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns effectively
Good communication & reporting skills
