Manage and oversee complete work permit processing operations
Lead and coordinate the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
Verify and monitor client files, documentation, and processing stages
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality control in all operations
Handle critical client cases, escalations, and complex situations
Maintain communication with clients, partners, and internal teams
