Education:
Identifying and guiding patients to Great International Hospitals for their better treatment as well as good places to visit.
Knowledge of topography and major tourist destinations as well as the various treatments offered by famous doctors and different hospitals is preferable.
Establishing Tie-ups from international corporate, relation with local and foreign hospitals, tour facilitator’s hotels, visa office, governments for patient referrals.
Strategic relationship with domestic and international hospitals, healthcare facilitators and other persons involved with patient care.
Listing with international corporate, embassies, doctors, insurance companies, hospitals, healthcare facilitators and other ventures involved with patient care.
Meeting and Greeting patients at Airport.
Ensuring initial response time of less than 1.5 hours for domestic and overseas queries.
Plan and execute monthly Activity Calendar.
Develop and execute Annual Marketing Plan for International Patient Services.
Regular follow ups, content for promotion (Brochures, Video testimonials, Corporate Gifts etc.).
Find new business development opportunities in focus geographies.
Generating business through active engagements with existing partners and appoints new partners.
Research about clinics, hospitals and business partners in local and abroad for partnership.
Serving as liaison and mediator between patients and healthcare providers and tourism enterprises.
Understanding the complex travel arrangements in combination to the complicated medical procedures.
Understanding language and cultural barriers for easy transition (Bengali, Hindi and English are must).
Making critical preparations linked to the medical tourist s life, incidents.
Discover high potential corporate clients and develop promotional or special pricing to generate business.
Ensure high referral volumes which gives good support to company and career.
Drive promotional events to ensure footfalls and revenue generation for our services.
Developing unique and standard events/products plans.
Exposure of foreign countries in overseas business development will be added advantage.
Analyzing and updating competitor activities and their channels of distribution.
Having adequate knowledge of services, products, promotions, pricing, etc.
Price of product packages (if required) to drive incremental sales.
