Transport Operations:

• Coordinate and supervise all hotel transportation needs (guest pick-up/drop-off, airport transfers, staff transport, errands, etc.).

• Prepare and monitor daily transportation schedules.

• Maintain logs and reports of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage.

• Handle transportation requests from guests, VIPs, and internal departments.

Staff Supervision:

• Lead and manage the team of drivers, assigning duties and evaluating performance.

• Ensure drivers are punctual, courteous, and professionally presented.

• Organize driver training on safety, etiquette, and route management.

Vehicle Management:

• Oversee routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of hotel vehicles.

• Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and have updated documentation (fitness, insurance, tax tokens, etc.).

• Monitor fuel usage and prevent misuse or wastage.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all transport activities comply with local traffic laws and hotel safety standards.

• Investigate accidents or incidents and report findings.

• Maintain first-aid kits and emergency tools in vehicles.

Guest Service & Communication:

• Handle VIP transport arrangements with care and discretion.

• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring smooth and timely transport service.

• Communicate clearly with the front office, concierge, and other departments about vehicle availability.

• Transport guests to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle.

• Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness.

• Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle and refuel as necessary.

• Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip.

Park vehicle in designated location when not in use.
