Job Responsibilities:
∎ Transport Associate shall be the representative of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka to ensure 5 Star Standard Transport facilities to our valued guests with smiling face and handle every transport related issue efficiently, courteously and professionally. The incumbent has to perform the following duties but not limited to, as follows:
∎
∎ Pick and drop guests as and when required basis as per the instruction given by the Transport Manager/Supervisor.
∎ Check every vehicle on the Pool for refuelling, change of oil, battery, tyre condition and clean them every morning before a Vehicle is out for the day.
∎
∎
∎ Maintain the Vehicle Log Book after each trip is made on a day-to-day basis for recording of mileage.
∎ Report immediately to Transport Manager/Supervisor for any damage to the vehicle or unusual happening while driving on the city roads.
∎ Stand by at the Transport Section while present on duty and always coordinate closely with Transport Manager/Supervisor for instructions.
∎ Consults with Transport Manager/Supervisor for any changes of work or decision and follows duty roster.
∎ Perform any other lawful assignment given by the competent authority as well as on emergency requirement basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Driver in any multinational or reputed national organization.
∎ Should possess networking capability, entertaining clients, ability to plan ahead and ready to work under pressure.
∎ Confident to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Not more than 35 (thirty-five) years of age as of last date of submitting the application.
∎ Age and Educational Qualification may be relaxed for deserving candidates as per the discretion of the Management.
∎ Other Requirements:
∎ Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship skills.
∎ Commendable documented communications proficiency both in spoken & written English and Bangla.
∎ Other language proficiency will be counted as an added advantage.
∎ Should have a "Can Do Attitude".
∎ Ready to work extra hours irrespective of Duty schedule based on emergency situations.
