∎ Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary
∎ Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facilitate on Entrepreneurship Develop Training (EDT) and ensure business plan
∎ Cooperate on Skill Development Training (SDT) and enhance HH level IGA business
∎ Cooperate to conduct SHG training, sessions, events and training cycle management
∎ Produce required formats to monitor and evaluate the project capacity building activities.
∎ Training module, schedule develop, training budget preparation develop and training reporting.
∎ Training related data collection, compilation, analyze, documentation and reporting.
∎ Assist to prepare business development tools and formats.
∎ Assist SHG member to select, develop, and suitable intervention of entrepreneurship.
∎ Conduct/Assist to facilitate the different training, workshop and other events celebrations under the project
∎ Coordinate with the field team for realistic training and business plan of the beneficiaries
∎ Capacity building activities with SHG, Input Retailers, traders & other relevant market actors
∎ Prepare plans for and initiate institutional contacts with stakeholders at local level.
∎ Develop and maintain working relationships with concerned departments, agencies, market actors, different associations, partners and stakeholders
∎ Prepare event report, training report, monthly report, quarterly report.
